An elder vampire embraced during the Middle Ages, Delilah’s appearance and demeanor is a mix of Ziggy Stardust, Lestat and Cher. Some of his clothing and mannerisms suggest a familiarity with the 17th century French aristocracy—an era during which men wore tights, high heels and petticoat breeches decorated with ribbons and bows. Delilah’s personality could best be described as a preening peacock—vain, self-absorbed and vulnerable to flattery. Like most old vampires he is a ruthless killer who values no (un)life other than his own. Delilah was the original owner of the locket which held an imprisoned demon.
